The Basics for New or Present College Students: $350
Durable Power of Attorney
Healthcare Proxy/Medical Power of Attorney
Living Will/Advance Healthcare Directive
FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) Release Form
Add a Simple Will (if your student owns assets): $500
Bronze Package: Basic Estate Planning: $750-$1,000Â
Will, Financial/Property Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive (per person; packages for couples $1,350 – $2,000)
Silver Package: Advanced Estate Planning: $2,500-$3,500Â
Trust, Pour-Over Will, Financial/Property Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive
Gold Package: Complex Estate Planning Package: Starting at $4,000Â
Complex Trust Instruments and Accompanying Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive
