The Gregory Law Firm served as local counsel for 4 Alabama citizens who objected to the oath appearing on the signature line of Alabama’s voter registration forms. Alabama was the only state in the United States which did not provide an alternative to any potential voter registrant who preferred not to swear a religious oath in order to register.
